Firsty Group are delighted to announce the launch of the new, fully responsive, direct to consumer eCommerce, all-singing, all-dancing Osprey Publishing website, blending community with commerce in a visually appealing new online presence.
On the sales side, the site provides significantly improved browsing and navigation through intelligent search, and offers customers the opportunity to buy titles across a range of different formats, both physical and digital. For the Osprey team, the new administration area provides the flexibility to bundle products, run a wide range of campaigns/promotions, create diverse member subscription packages, and manage customer wish lists.
And from the community perspective, the combination of blog, forum, newsletter, and mailing list means Osprey have a rich variety of communication channels, all designed to strengthen the relationship between reader and publisher.
